The gap

College taught you syntax. Interviews ask what you've built.

If you've finished a degree, done a few tutorials, maybe even worked a while, and still feel unsure you're ready, you're not alone. The talent is there. It just hasn't been sharpened yet.

"I know the basics, but I freeze when I have to build something real."
"Everyone says use AI to code. I don't know how teams actually do it."
"I apply everywhere and never hear back. I can't tell what's missing."

That gap is exactly what we close.

AI won't replace developers who know how to use it. We'll make sure you're one of them.

Inside the programme

Everything that's been missing, in one place

Live teaching, hands-on labs, real projects and a placement sprint. AI is built into every part, not bottled on.

Live classes, twice a week

Real instructors teach live on weekday evenings, so you can study or work during the day. Every class shows the AI-assisted way and the manual way, and when to use each. Rewatch any class later.

  • Monday and Wednesday, 2 hours each
  • A Friday doubt clinic for anything you're stuck on
  • Recordings saved for revision
Proof from week one

You won't have to take our word for it. You'll see it.

Confidence comes from proof, so you get some early. Here's what you'll have to show at each stage.

Week 1

Your starting point

Your skill check results and first profile, so you know exactly where you stand.

Week 4

Your first working API

Built with an AI assistant, reviewed line by line, and on your GitHub.

Week 8

A live project

Real work from Google, reviewed the way a team would review it.

Week 12

A profile you can send

Ten skills, levelled and linked to your work, ready for recruiters.

The Readiness Profile

Stop wondering if you're ready. See it, skill by skill.

A certificate says you finished a course. Your Readiness Profile shows ten skills companies hire for, the level you reached in each, and the work behind every score.

  • Every score links to evidence

Your repos, tests and project demos sit behind each level.

  • Clear rubrics, fair scores

Simple yes or no checks, so two reviewers reach the same result.

  • Checked by tests, AI and people

Automated checks run first, AI reviews next, and people decide anything borderline.

  • Calibrated with recruiters

Xcela recruiters set what each level means, so companies can trust it.

  • AI skill, measured

Not "used ChatGPT". Prompting, reviewing, testing and explaining AI-written code.

How it works

Built block by block

From your first skill check to your first interview. Like our logo, every step adds a block, and the last one steps up into the job.

  1. STEP 1

    Take the free skill check

Free, short and judgement-free. There's no pass mark. It only shows where you're starting from.

  2. STEP 2

    Get your basics ready

If the check shows gaps, a short foundations bridge gets you ready before day one.

  3. STEP 3 · WEEKS 1–12

    Learn and build with AI

Live classes, build labs and two major projects, with AI tools in every one. Your Readiness Profile updates at each checkpoint.

  4. STEP 4 · WEEKS 13–16

    Placement sprint

A team capstone, mock interviews, and a resume and GitHub that show your real work.

  5. STEP 5

Get connected to the companies you've always wanted to join

When your profile shows you're job-ready, Xcela recruiters introduce you to the hiring teams you're aiming for.

Pick your path

We're starting with Java because it's what most Indian hiring teams still ask freshers for. Python and GenAI comes next.

Sharpened by the people who hire

We connect you to the companies you've always wanted to join. Our recruiters at Xcela work with hiring teams, so they know what companies check, including how well you work with AI, and where freshers fall short. We sharpen exactly that.

The skills and levels on your profile come from what hiring teams ask Xcela for.

Recruiters review your work

They join project reviews and mock interviews, so you hear what a real interviewer would say.

Recruiters open doors

When you're job-ready, Xcela introduces you to companies that are hiring.

We will never promise you a job. We will show companies exactly what you can do, and introduce you to the ones that are hiring.
FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Join the waitlist and we'll get in touch before the batch opens.

Who is TeXcela for?
Final-year students and graduates, usually 22 to 25, in CS, IT, BCA, MCA and similar fields, including people a few years into work who feel stuck and want to move into full stack roles.
Do I need to pass a coding test to join?
No. You take a free skill check that shows where you're starting from. If you have gaps, a short foundations bridge gets you ready before the batch begins.
Can I do this alongside college or a job?
Yes. Live classes are on weekday evenings and build labs are on Saturdays. Plan for about 12 to 14 hours a week.
What is the Readiness Profile?
It's a profile of ten skills companies hire for, showing the level you reached in each and linking to the work behind every score. It's checked by automated tests, AI review and people, and calibrated with Xcela recruiters.
What if I'm not good enough yet?
Honestly, most people who join feel that way. That's the point. The skill check shows where you're starting, the foundations bridge fills the gaps, and you'll see your progress from the first week.
Will AI take junior developer jobs?
It's changing them. Companies now want juniors who can build with AI and still understand every line. That's exactly the skill we train and score.
Isn't using AI cheating?
No. It's how teams work now. What we score is how well you prompt, review, test and explain AI-written code, so the work is still yours.
Do you guarantee a job?
No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. We prove what you can do, prepare you for interviews, and introduce job-ready learners to hiring teams through Xcela.
When does the first batch start?
The first AI-Native Java Full Stack batch starts in January 2027. People on the waitlist hear about fees, dates and the skill check first.

You're closer than you think. Let's build it with AI, and prove it.

Join the waitlist for the January 2027 batch. You'll hear about the skill check, fees and dates before anyone else.
